Free for now
Haalkhata costs nothing to use today, and no card is asked for.
Pricing may be introduced later, for some shops or for all. If it is, you will be told before it applies, and since no card is taken you cannot be charged without knowing. Recording a sale will never be held back for money, and your books remain yours.
Your account
One shop, one login, kept with your phone number and a password. Keep the password to yourself: anyone who has it can see and change your books.
Your books are yours
What you record belongs to you. We store it to show it back to you, for support, and for the totals needed to run the service — how many shops, products and sales there are, and which days a shop recorded business. Your books are never sold or shown to anyone else.
What we ask of you
- Use it for your own shop's records.
- Do not try to reach another shop's data, or to break the service for others.
- Do not use it for anything against the law.
What we cannot promise
We work to keep it running, but no service is up every minute. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. Haalkhata is a tool for keeping accounts — it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Ending it
You can stop using it whenever you like and ask for your shop to be deleted. We may close an account that is being used to break these terms.
